Q: What is the average time for an order to be completed ?
A: That depends on the nature of your order. If custom uniforms
are involved, it could take as much as 12 weeks; silk screened
orders are usually completed within two weeks. Please use our toll
free number to get more detailed information on how long you can
expect to wait.
Q: What about design?
A: We have a library of clipart and many templates for standard
orders. We can also work with you on a custom design. Our expert
staff is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
EST to assist you.
Q: What if something I ordered is too large or too small and
needs to be returned.
A: Sportswear Graphics will try its best to assist you in proper
sizing, and size charts are available on our site. In the case of
cheering shoes, please read the descriptions of the shoes you are
ordering, as some manufacturers sizing is not the same as a
standard shoe.
Custom orders CANNOT BE RETURNED so make sure you check sizing
before you place the order. Undecorated items will be cheerfully
exchanged with the customer incurring shipping and handling costs.
Q: What if there is a problem such as a defect in one of my
uniforms?
A: If there is a manufacturing defect in one of your items,
Sportswear Graphics will correct the problem with a replacement as
soon as possible, with no cost to you, the customer. However, we
ask that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it, as any
returns must be done within 30 days.
Q: What if I want to re-order the same uniform I got last year:
A: Sportswear Graphics keeps records of all orders and can assist
in the re-order process. Keep in mind that sometimes manufacturers
discontinue colors and styles, and the customer may have to make a
change. Our staff will assist you in closely matching your current
uniforms.
Q: Are samples available before an order is placed:
A: Yes, in many cases we can provide samples. Your company or
organization will be billed for the sample and it will be yours to
keep.
Q: Can I add to an order after it has been placed?
A: Generally, adding to an order is not possible once it is in
production, so it is best to make sure you have everything you
need before we start.
Q: How is payment handled?
A: All orders must be paid at the time they are placed. We accept
all major credit cards as well as debit cards sponsored by
Master Card and Visa. Our website has a secure credit card gateway
to insure its safety.
